Project development company is recruiting a HR Assistant to cover a maternity leave
Your new role
Reporting to Head of Organisation Development and the Head of Compensation and Benefits, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinate as directed with external providers and vendors, which may include health, resourcing and training providers;
- Conducts or assists with onboarding plans for new employees;
- Maintain all HR related databases and systems;
- Prepare/draft, edit and review documentation, presentations, papers and memos for key stakeholders and meetings for example, governance committee meetings, team meetings and workshops;
- Support departmental/team projects that may be assigned;
- Agenda management, travel arrangements and expense reporting for Head of OD/Head of Compensation & Benefits and other team members as required.
- Arrange and co-ordinate meetings, interviews and assigned events ensuring that all logistics and arrangements are implemented end to end;
- Review core administrative operating processes and systems, and propose improvements to enhance efficiency, and where necessary and implement when approved;
- Maintain an effective filing and documentation management system.
What you need to succeed
- At least 5 years of experience working in and supporting senior executives;
- Excellent digital skills and in-depth knowledge of productivity tools: MS Office;
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative;
- Deep knowledge of HR administrative practices and procedures that best leverage technology and efficiencies;
- Portuguese and English fluent;
- Bachelor’s degree.

Temporary contract to replace maternity leave of 6 to 9 months. We offer an attractive salary and food allowance.
