Your Job:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on establishing and nurturing client relationships within Portugal OR Spain, targeting SMEs, co-working spaces and tech startups.

Client Engagement:Establish and nurture relationships with clients in Portugal OR Spain, focusing on SMEs, co-working spaces and tech startups. Build a strong network and maintain regular communication to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Travel for Client Meetings: If you are allocated to the Spanish market, you'll travel monthly to Spain for client meetings, market research and expansion efforts. Act as the face of our company in these regions, building trust and demonstrating our commitment to client success.

Cold Calling and Prospecting:Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling and other prospecting methods. Generate leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into satisfied customers.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with our Offcoustic Squads, including Sales & Operations, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Coordinate efforts to ensure a seamless client experience and drive the company's growth.

Sales Performance:Achieve and exceed sales targets while upholding our high standards of quality and integrity. Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

Your Profile:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to thrive in a flexible and autonomous work environment;
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust;
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach;
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Nice to Have:

- Familiarity with the tech startup ecosystem and SME market is a plus;
- Proven experience in B2B sales;
