Responsabilidades:
Gerir da equipa de receção do Hotel;
Desenvolver a equipa no sentido de prestar um bom serviço e apoio ao cliente;
Desenvolver os procedimentos relativos ao acolhimento e serviços de assistência ao cliente;
Gerir e fidelizar os clientes;
Gerir e ser responsável pela faturação da unidade;
Fazer o acompanhamento das contas correntes dos clientes;
Gerir reclamações;
Realizar de forma qualificada e responsável a gestão, o controlo e o cumprimento de todas as tarefas e atividades que se desenvolvam na área da receção;
Organizar, dirigir e coordenar o trabalho da sua equipa;
Coordenar e participar nas tarefas que envolvam outros departamentos na gestão do hotel;
Colaborar com a Direção da unidade e com os outros departamentos;
Colaborar no desenvolvimento e formação da sua equipa.
Perfil:
Orientação para o Cliente e Qualidade de Serviço;
Orientação para resultados e resolução de problemas;
Fluência em inglês (mais 1 ou 2 idiomas serão valorizados);
Espírito Comercial;
Disponibilidade de horários;
Excelentes competências de comunicação e bom relacionamento interpessoal;
Motivação e capacidade de liderança.
