WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Application support experience – Expert
SQL Server /Oracle and Sybase – Practice
ServiceNow/ticketing tools – Practice
GENEOS/monitoring tools – Practice
Understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows Server - Practice
