Job Description
The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site) you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations. And that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.
What you will do in this role Manage supplier invoices in the internal systemEnlighten suppliers concerning invoice doubts.Answer suppliers through outgoing and incoming calls and emailsEvaluate the need for escalationPut suppliers in contact with the client in case of necessityYour qualifications Have a high level of German and fluent English (C2 - written and oral)Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Have proficiency in Excel and good communication skillsAre autonomous and able to ensure end-to-end delivery of cases.Are responsible, flexible, dynamic, and resilient.What's in it for you Full-time with indefinite contracts (negotiable depending on your experience and our client's needs)Competitive salary and performance bonusCentral location in Lisbon, PortugalBring-a-friend (referral) bonus opportunitiesFull paid training on the company and the project you'll be working onCareer development programs, specialized courses, and language classesEligibility to work In accordance with Portugal's law, only applicants who are legally authorized to work in Portugal will be considered for this position.
