We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Customer Success Manager to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction for Diggspace, our ready-to-use intranet solution. Diggspace enhances internal communication and collaboration with a quick setup and easy content management, offering personalized workload dashboards integrated with Microsoft365.In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies, manage the sales pipeline, and build strong client relationships. Additionally, you will oversee the customer journey post-sale, ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes, leading to high retention and satisfaction rates.TasksDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for DiggspaceManage and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure consistent performanceCultivate strong relationships with new and existing clientsLead onboarding processes and provide ongoing support to ensure customer successMonitor customer health and proactively address any issues to enhance retentionCollaborate with product and marketing teams to align on customer feedback and improvementsAnalyze sales and customer success metrics to inform strategic decisionsRequirementsProven experience in sales and customer success, preferably in a B2B SaaS environmentStrong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency with CRM software and other sales toolsAnalytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-makingBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
