Diggspace - Sales and Customer Success Manager (B2B/SaaS)

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Customer Success Manager to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction for Diggspace, our ready-to-use intranet solution.
Diggspace enhances internal communication and collaboration with a quick setup and easy content management, offering personalized workload dashboards integrated with Microsoft365.
In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies, manage the sales pipeline, and build strong client relationships.Additionally, you will oversee the customer journey post-sale, ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes, leading to high retention and satisfaction rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Diggspace
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure consistent performance
- Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Lead onboarding processes and provide ongoing support to ensure customer success
- Monitor customer health and proactively address any issues to enhance retention
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align on customer feedback and improvements
- Analyze sales and customer success metrics to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and customer success, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decisionmaking
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
