Join us in one of our 3 service centers: Lisbon, Curitiba, and Bangkok, be part of this transformation journey from the start. We are currently looking for a Service Catalog Product Owner for all service catalogs in the GBS scope, on the BMC Helix Business Workflows (BWF) solution.We count on you for:Product Owner Business Work Flow - TSA separation phase: Ensure that all service catalogs in the GBS scope will be functional at the time of Go-Live (workflows, support groups, in- and outbound email integration, etc.)Act as a single point of contact at GBS for the BMC Helix Business Workflows solution clone IT project. Connect with IT team and external partnersCollaborates with the GBS Service Owners and GBS Service Lines Management team to define the right level of service catalog structureCoordinate and ensure set up of the Groups of agentWhen needed collaborate with the relevant stakeholder in charge of interface / application with BMC Helix and Business workflowsEnsure continuity in Dashboard and KPI follow up embedded in HelixSupport IT in planning UATReport progress to the Transformation ManagersProduct Owner BWF - RUN Mode: Lead transformation of user interface/experience by leveraging technologyManagement of end UsersListen feedback (oral, complaint, survey, exchange with agents)Collect formal requests from GBS agentsChallenge them (what ? why ? urgency ? criticality ?)Create User StorySet a backlog and define Sprint Content / PrioritizationParticipate actively in rituals (Scrum Calls, Grooming, Planning, Review, Retrospective)Participate in project (ex: version upgrade)Communicate at each release to Agents and stakeholdersDefend GBS / BWF Entities interestsPlan future budget/capacityResolve transversal issues & escalate when needed to the right personConnect with IT team and external partnersGive rhythm to BWF evolution cycleCreate dynamic with Line Of Business point of contactDemand Management process and the Performance Management and Reporting process: GBS Performance management and reportingKPI definition, measurement, follow-up & analysisParticipate in the annual target settings in terms of KPI/OPI in line with the ambition for standardization, automation and complianceOrganize and manage a monthly/quarterly performance reviewBuild and contribute to standard report to reinforce performance and complianceDevelop and maintain effective working relationship with all relevant internal and external StakeholdersGBS Demand ManagementCollect, assess and validate change requests and projectsYou can count on us for:Be part of and contribute to a once-in-a-lifetime change journeyJoin a transversal and dynamic teamOpportunities for growth and learningEncouraging a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that values and respects individual differences and backgroundsYou will bring:3 to 5 years experience in IT Service Management OfficeScrum methodology knowledge (sprint cycle)BMC Helix tool experience, or similar toolService driven mindset and ability to be agileAbility to connect people and connect with peopleGood communication (ex: clear communication plan)Proactive with a high level of initiative and autonomy in the day to day organizationCustomer-orientated with good level of problem solving skillsUnderstand BMC Helix modules (DWP / BWF / ITSM) or similar toolJira tool knowledge - nice to haveYou will get:Competitive salary & benefits16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulationsTraining platform for all employeesFree well-being sessions (physical and psychological)About usWhile we have identified potential internal profiles for this role, we are committed to a fair and inclusive selection process.
