With over one million nights rented through our travel platform, we have welcomed more than 300,000 travellers from 169 countries. We offer a comprehensive and expanding array of road trip possibilities: short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and the possibility of buying one of our vehicles available for sale.

INDIE LEADERS OF TOMORROW PROGRAMWe are excited to welcome driven and talented recent graduates to join our dynamic team at our Lisbon headquarters. As part of our ILT program, you will gain hands-on experience across various departments, including finance, operations, marketing, and more. You will work directly with department leaders, providing you with a unique opportunity to understand the core of our business, contribute to high-impact projects, and develop key skills that will accelerate your career and become a future leader.
This program goes through 4 stages:
Stage 1: Departmental Integration and Team Rotation;Stage 2: Team Specialization and Mentorship;Stage 3: Leadership Development and Strategic Initiative;We are looking for ambitious, analytical, and innovative individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?Engage with Critical Projects: You will work on high-impact projects that are crucial to the company's success, providing them with valuable experience and visibility;Executive Shadowing: You will have the opportunity to shadow an executive, gaining insights into high-level decision-making processes and strategic thinking;Mentorship Opportunities: You will mentor interns, honing their coaching skills while contributing to the development of junior talent;Team Rotation: You will rotate through different teams within your department, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business and identifying areas where you can make the most significant impact.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Recent Graduate or enrolled in a Master's degree;Up to 2 years of experience;You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations;Able to work in a highly dynamic and international environment;You are motivated by taking ownership of your projects;Results-driven with attention to detail, autonomous and responsible for deliverables;Ambitious, self-driven and entrepreneurial, hard-working, frugal, bold, tech-driven, someone who thrives by constantly learning, overcoming challenges and creating impact;Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft Powerpoint / Google Slides;Eligible for IEFP professional internship;Fluency in English is mandatory.WHAT WE OFFER:Competitive package including private health insurance, Indie Benefits, and free road trips (subject to campervan availability);Training to develop your soft and hard skills as well as other development activities provided as a part of your annual training allowance;A structured program designed to promote rapid growth;Advanced education and funding opportunities: Upon successful completion of the program, participants will have the option to pursue an MBA, a specialized post-graduate course, or secure funding for an internal project to be led by them;A dynamic position in a young, fast-growing and innovative company.
