Indie Campers Leisure Vehicle Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Manager to drive the sales of Indie Campers' leisure vehicles within our new RV Sales business unit.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing our sales channels to sell directly to the end customer and leading the B2C commercial strategy and efforts for our second-hand recreational vehicle (RV) sales division.
This role reports to our VP of RV Sales and is based in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, e-commerce, lead generation, B2C sales strategy, and digital marketing.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company that is making road trips available to everyone. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving B2C sales growth globally by building and executing scalable sales principles, processes, and guidelines across all regions.
You will oversee lead generation efforts and manage a team of online sales agents, while collaborating closely with departments like Operations, Marketing, Product & Tech, and Revenue Management.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and at least 8 years of experience in sales with 5 years of management experience.
Requirements- Proven expertise in e-commerce, lead generation, B2C sales strategy, and digital marketing
- Strong skills in CRM systems, data-driven decision-making, and product management
- Experience in the automotive, RV/vehicle sales, or marketplace industries
- Ability to coach and lead a diverse team in a global, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative and humble mindset
As a member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
