Indie Campers is seeking a highly skilled Leisure Vehicle Sales and Remarketing Professional to drive the sales of our leisure vehicles in the new RV Sales business unit.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing sales channels to sell to other dealers and vehicle auction houses, leveraging their expertise in commercial sales to identify opportunities and implement effective sales strategies for the outplacement of our fleet of over 6,000 vehicles.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with internal teams to align vehicle sales strategies with overall fleet management and operational goals, optimizing transitions from rental and subscription phases to sales.

We are looking for an individual with 7-12 years of experience in sales within a multinational auto brand, fleet management company, auto trader, or e-commerce platform, who has demonstrated expertise in structuring and scaling sales functions, with experience across both online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and execution of vehicle remarketing strategies across all Indie Campers' geographies
