Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Arval Flex team in Portugal. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, managing client relationships, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key clients, providing proactive support and solutions to meet their vehicle leasing and rental needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams
  • Collaborate with external partners to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Manage the entire customer journey, from initial contact to contract renewal, ensuring seamless delivery of our services
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and optimize results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive or financial services sector
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and create informative reports
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
