We are seeking a skilled Leisure Vehicle Sales and Remarketing Manager to join our team at Indie Campers. As a key member of our RV Sales business unit, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of our leisure vehicles (campervans and motorhomes) across multiple geographies.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective vehicle remarketing strategies to successfully resell our fleet of over 6,000 vehicles via B2B and B2A channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, auction houses, and other remarketing partners to ensure seamless and high-quality sales experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align vehicle sales strategies with overall fleet management and operational goals, optimizing transitions from rental and subscription phases to sales.
- Dive revenue growth by identifying market trends, negotiating agreements, and expanding our sales channels to meet business objectives and sales targets.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- 7-12 years of experience in sales within a multinational auto brand, fleet management company, auto trader, or e-commerce platform.
- Demonstrated expertise in structuring and scaling sales functions, with experience across both online and offline channels.
- Proven ability to engage with customers and partners across multiple geographies and industries.
- Strong track record of achieving individual sales targets and contributing to team success, with a natural commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
