Estamos à procura de um(a) Office Manager para se juntar à nossa equipa em uma empresa líder no mercado segurador. Nesta função, não só serás responsável pela gestão eficiente do escritório, mas também terás a oportunidade de gerir as relações com os clientes. Responsabilidades:Atuar como único ponto de contato / interface principal para os clientes (partes interessadas locais e ocupantes dos edifícios) para Faciliteis Management (FM) interno e externo;Manter relações positivas com os clientes por meio de reuniões regulares com eles;Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com fornecedores, oferecendo-lhes suporte e feedback quando que trabalham no local;Providenciar um atendimento ao cliente excecional aos ocupantes dos edifícios e partes interessadas - defende o aprimoramento da experiência do cliente;Monitorar a prestação de serviços pelos fornecedores (e dos colaboradores internos quando aplicável) no local;Monitorar a eficácia dos procedimentos, processos e sistemas;Oferecer informações sobre a ocupação/uso dos edifícios, atualizando os sistemas de TI conforme necessário - Valida a exatidão dos dados locais;Analisar, direcionar e relatar todas as oportunidades para conter custos relacionados aos serviços de apoio (faturamento, correspondência, alocações de espaço, FM etc.).Requisitos:12º ano de escolaridade;Experiência em funções semelhantes (Preferencial);Disponibilidade imediata para o horário das 08h45 às 16h45 de segunda a sexta-feira.Vencimento base de acordo com a experiência demonstrada;
