.Customer Service Data and Price Update Management – English speaker Are you passionate about Customer Service and also have experience in Pricing? We are looking for our new Customer Service Data & Price Update Manager to join our team in the English market If you feel like this is up your speed, then you may be the person we are looking for The contract will be signed directly with the client. Our client Our c lient is a medical technology company that makes groundbreaking products, software, and solutions that enable healthcare providers to help their patients achieve extraordinary results. What you'll do Handles customer data base updates such as customer master data and pricelist maintenance; Guarantee the accuracy of pricing data in ERP, targeting to eliminate pricing errors and ensure accurate communication to customers/clients; Responsible for documenting and maintaining pricing processes; Responsible for the review and administration of price deviations and exceptions; Respond to pricing queries escalated from sales and other employees as needed; Effect promotional pricing in designated product categories and territories; Ensure that prices and specific programs conform to the organization's pricing strategy; Provide support for system upgrades and implementations related to pricing; Administer and upload exceptions for customers price list from customers; Undertake ad-hoc pricing analysis as required by superiors. What you'll need To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with high accuracy. Minimum 3 year of experience in customer service with a minimum 1 year in a data maintenance role (Pricing); Proven track record driving process improvement initiatives; Represents the company professionally, ethically, and morally at all times; Experience working withERP systems: Oracle, Agile preferred; Excellent mandatory written communication in English + one other European language; Excellent problem-solving skills and mathematical reasoning; Ability to multi-task, embrace change and innovate in a fast-paced environment; Ability to analyze datato identify trends and root cause issues; Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions; Basic Excel Skills.
