A PPM Coachers está a recrutar para a função de Business Development Manager
A tua missão: Apoiar a equipa na análise de mercado para identificar tendências e oportunidades para aquisição de parceiros.
Identificar e qualificar leads de comerciantes para o programa de fidelização e vendedores para o marketplace de saúde e bem-estar.
Desenvolver e executar planos estratégicos para abordagem comercial, incluindo cold calling e cold emailing.
Trabalhar com leads disponíveis para adquirir comerciantes para o programa de fidelização e e-sellers para o Marketplace.
Manter e fortalecer relações com potenciais parceiros, abordando suas necessidades e acompanhando o processo de onboarding.
Fechar acordos de parceria que ofereçam modelos de negócios e termos atrativos para ambas as partes.
Fornecer relatórios regulares sobre atividades, desempenho de vendas, taxas de conversão e feedback de mercado.
Colaborar com a equipa para garantir a integração eficaz de novos comerciantes e vendedores nas soluções digitais da empresa.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS Licenciatura em Gestão, Marketing ou áreas afins.
Experiência comprovada em vendas, incluindo aquisição de parceiros, vendas no terreno, cold calling e cold emailing.
(Obrigatório) Experiência na utilização de CRM para gestão do ciclo de aquisição de parceiros.

Capacidade de ajustar estratégias de vendas conforme a evolução do produto.
