Job Summary

For our facilities in Porto, we are seeking a versatile hands-on reliable Operations Technician to join our team. The person needs to be dynamic, enjoy doing different tasks, and be eager to expand as a professional. We expect this role to evolve fast, taking more responsibility and independent work.

Responsibilities
Supporting MAIT Team, in all manufacturing, assembly, integration, and testing.
Working together with Installation Teams on-site for assembly and integration on wind turbines in international wind energy parks ensuring quality control.
Providing administrative support. Be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks such as organizing, managing, and maintaining warehouse supplies and facilities.
Assisting with continuous process improvement. By helping to identify areas where processes could be improved and suggest solutions to streamline operations.
Developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures.
Conducting laboratory tests and inspections to identify and resolve defects in products or services.
Collaborating with other teams, such as product development and engineering, to improve product quality.
Communicating clearly with internal and external players to understand the needs and ensure that the products and services meet the requirements.
Documenting test results and creating reports to provide feedback to management.

Qualifications
Professional studies such as electrical, electronics, or mechanics or previous proven work experience in related fields, such as manufacturing.
Proactive and responsible.
Take ownership of deliverables.
Quality and continuous improvement mindset.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
High proficiency level in English and in Portuguese.
Availability to go to field operations (wind turbines).
Wind experience is a plus.
