Critical Manufacturing is a leading provider of innovative MES software solutions for high-performance operations. We are dedicated to empowering industry leaders to make Industry 4.0 a reality. As a Customer Success Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers realize their manufacturing potential and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Establish regular communications with customers to understand their needs and shape the product roadmap
Understand how customers use our products and make recommendations on how they can realize additional value
Develop customer advocates and lead Industry User Groups
Conduct and follow-up on customer satisfaction surveys
Participate in Industry Consortiums to define standards and company Marketing Industry Groups
Be a product evangelist that actively presents, promotes, and markets new product modules and features to customers and internal stakeholders
**Requirements:**
More than 2 years of professional experience with Enterprise level software
Knowledge of Industrial Engineering topics
Ability to take the initiative with little supervision and cope with a fast-changing environment
Excellent planning and organization skills
Ability to prepare and deliver concise and clear presentations
Excellent English skills – spoken and written
**What We Consider a Plus:**
Prior experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment and prior experience with manufacturing software
