Collaborate with benefits vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth administration of benefits programs.Training and development support: Coordinate training and development activities, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and managing training materials. Assist with the administration of employee development programs and initiatives.HR projects and initiatives: Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, such as employee engagement surveys, policy updates, and process improvements.
