Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits coverage, eligibility, and enrollment options. Collaborate with benefits vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth administration of benefits programs.Training and development support: Coordinate training and development activities, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and managing training materials. Assist with the administration of employee development programs and initiatives.HR projects and initiatives: Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, such as employee engagement surveys, policy updates, and process improvements.
