Aws Internal Sales Specialist

Job Purpose: Internal sales specialised within a sub BU allocated to accounts where possible, deep knowledge of portfolio, process and vendor pricing, manages all quotes and closes orders; incentivized based on part of the portfolioResponsibilities:Build Excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge under supervisionGenerate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and can have a general conversation around a solution/product areaAchieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targetsProactively develop relationships with key internal and external contactsEngages in active inside selling by using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and utilises this to maximise call potential and outcomesManages customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in "intelligent project fishing"In AS either manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirementsProvide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotionsEnsure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customersAttainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as customer engagementSell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value propositionDevelops partner relationship (incl.
account planning, cross-selling etc.
