Job Description: We are looking for an HR Data & Reporting Analyst to join our GBS in Lisbon.
Responsibilities - your mission Coordinate HR information to ensure 100 % data integrity in ADP, Workday and Service Now; Maintain accurate records of documentation and transactions and ensure modifications/updates are entered in a timely manner. Ensure the archiving of administrative documents through various e-filing, Google Drive and Workday processes. Record employee data into HR systems (SAP, Workday, and ADP) /manage requests to update employees' personal data (data entry, onboarding, offboarding, transfers, corrections, work schedule, and other transactions as needed). Respond to Personnel Administration related inquiries and resolve concerns. Provide support and guidance to HRBPs and employees on HR tools as needed; Perform HR Data reports extracted from ADP and Workday; Propose and support continuous improvement opportunities and projects Requirements - our ideal candidate will have Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management and other similar areas, or equivalent related work experience; Experience in an HRIS or HR support role is desirable; Experience with ADP Vantage., Workday and Service Now (preferred); Demonstrated ability to analyze issues, determine appropriate solutions and resolve sensitive problems; Strong attention to detail; Excellent time management skills with ability to effectively prioritize; A highly proactive, solution-oriented approach to work and interactions; Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills; Excellent PC skills, specifically GSuite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) and Excel; Fluent in English Benefits - what's in it for you The chance to work in a multicultural environment.
