Exciting Opportunity: Senior Principal Consultant ServiceNow Architect Position: Senior Principal Consultant ServiceNow Architect Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: Hybrid Employment Type: Contract About Us: We are partnering with a highly-rated BPO known for outstanding employee satisfaction to find a seasoned Senior Principal Consultant ServiceNow Architect.This role will be pivotal in providing technical leadership, ensuring architectural integrity, and delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.Main Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to the team, creating and maintaining a detailed view of the existing architecture.Solution Design: Design and collaborate with Business Process Analysts and Developers to create a High-Level Solution Design Document.Technical Solutions: Define and communicate technical solutions aligned with business problems and systems architecture.Governance: Ensure technical governance processes and policies are adhered to.Architectural Controls: Provide architectural controls to ensure the correct technical solutions are used in business solutions.Integration and Roadmap: Create and maintain detailed views of integrations and a Technical Implementation Roadmap.Escalation Management: Resolve technical escalations, including responding to defects.Workshop Participation: Participate in process workshops, working closely with client enterprise architecture and ServiceNow teams.Platform Health: Periodically review configurations and assess instance health through ServiceNow Health Scans.Quality Assurance: Review design and code per sprint to ensure quality and provide hands-on assistance with detailed design and implementation.License Management: Ensure designs are within licensed modules or communicate changes to the client.Knowledge Maintenance: Maintain expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, products, capabilities, and ecosystem.Configuration Migration: Assist in migrating configurations across instances.Training and Development: Support the COE in the continuous development of training paths for professional advancement and lead training workshops to share experiences across the practice.Requirements: Certified System Administrator (CSA) plus one Mainline certification (CSM, HRSD, ITSM, GRC, etc.)Excellent communication skills for client-facing roles Hands-on experience with projects IT Graduate Preferred Qualifications/Skills: Bachelor of Technology Master of Computer Application Master of Technology Bachelor of Science in Computer Science What We Offer: A dynamic and diverse job in a pleasant and modern environment Opportunities for personal and professional development A chance to work with a team of dedicated professionals in a highly supportive and collaborative environment If you are a passionate and experienced ServiceNow Architect looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic organization, we invite you to apply and join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.
