Gostaria de integrar numa empresa onde a sua missão é simplificar o processo de procura de fornecedores para empresas? Se tem tem um veia comercial, é uma pessoa enérgica e motivada, este desafio poderá ser para siSer o primeiro ponto de contato e gestão da satisfação do cliente;Reconhecer os clientes que precisam de mais assistência;Executar um plano de gestão de conta;Implementar tarefas estruturadas que colocam cada cliente no caminho para um ROI positivo;Expressar as preocupações do cliente para cada equipa responsável dentro da organização e criar estratégias para acompanhá-las de forma consistente;Documentar as ações bem-sucedidas tomadas para atingir as metas de retenção e receita.2-3 anos de experiência em vendas em B2B;Francês nativo/fluente;Outros idiomas são valorizados;Experiência passada em "hunting" (novos negócios).Horário: segunda a sexta, das 8h às 17hContrato de trabalho direto com cliente;Salário competitivo com bónus;Trabalhar numa equipa motivada e bem-sucedida;Benefícios como seguro de saúde, descontos e vales, entre outros.
