About the Role
Do you speak Finnish fluently and love engaging in meaningful conversations? We have a fantastic opportunity for you in Lisbon, Portugal, where you can enjoy a hybrid work model. As a Finnish B2B Sales Representative, you'll focus on reaching out to potential clients through outbound communication. Your mission will be to understand their needs, facilitate sales discussions, and customize solutions to meet their requirements. You'll master pitching, refine sales processes, and join a team that truly values your skills.
If you're a seasoned sales professional who excels in achieving targets and has experience with cold calling, we want to hear from you. Join our Lisbon team and you will:
Daily Outreach: Connect with decision-makers, understand their needs, and close deals through calls and emails.
Product Value: Demonstrate how products benefit businesses of various sizes and industries.
Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through outbound campaigns.
Campaign Management: Plan, pitch, and qualify leads effectively.
Sales Excellence: Consistently exceed monthly sales targets.
Client Relations: Engage with existing clients, upsell, and provide technical support.
Focus on B2B: Specialize in B2B product and service sales through calls and email.
What do you get?
A gross monthly salary of €1,580.
2 extra gross monthly salaries per year.
Bonuses up to €500 per month based on performances.
Workplace: Hybrid position in Lisbon.
Reimbursement for your flight ticket to Lisbon after 6 months of work that's up to €400 in economy class.
The opportunity to live in shared accommodation from the company for €280 a month, which is deducted from your salary (including fees and internet).
Permanent contract after successfully completing 3 month trial period.
Private health insurance from day 1.
22 vacation days and 14 national holidays annually, with compensation for working on Portuguese national holidays.
Meal allowance of €7.23 net every working day.

What is required?
Fluency in Finnish and English.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
Knowledge of CRM systems.

You have a valid European passport or ID card.
