Ferring+You The primary role of the Cash Collection SME is to support the SAP S/4HANA implementation at Ferring. You will represent and support the business worldwide acting as Global Power User after implementation. reporting dotted line to the functional area. Your role is to identify and specify the business requirements related to Account Receivables activities.
Your day at Ferring Mediates the information exchange between program team and stakeholders on area of expertise to ensure that each requirement is properly translated in the user stories.
Organizes and performs training sessions and works with local SME/Superuser community during deployments.
Supports functional process definition (as reflected to BPML).
Enhances and/or improves adoption of the global template in the process area as per OneERP roll-out plan.
Defines the acceptance criteria for the user stories (Team's work) and provide feedbacks via Demos and User Acceptance Tests.
Participate to the issuance and executes test protocols for solution and data transfer validation.
Understands, complies and executes all assigned projects, tasks and activities in full alignment with Ferring company standards including relevant SOPs and relevant GxP Compliance requirements. Support entities during Health Authority inspections as required.
Act as Global Power User after the implementation, ensuring CPI and support to the users. Making the link between the user community and the IT Technical Team.

3 to 5 years' experiences in account receivable function.
SAP s/4HANA knowledge.
International Experience (up to 20% travels).
In depth knowledge - Credit Management, Collections and Disputes, Account Receivables, Direct Debits, Month-end & Closing activities, AR Reporting.
Good Communication skills, you will articulate business requirements to team and prove clear feedback on results.
Curiosity & open mind, you will be open to learn new ways of doing things, thinking creatively, willingly accepting changes to current processes, solutions and ways of working .
You will need to be committed, dependable, supportive of other team members and be comfortable with the experience of working in cross-functional, self-organizing team.
As the role is global, we are looking for someone that has a strong capability to adapt to different culture and is able to drive changes by influencing and building strong relationships.
