If you share our vision, join us Right now, we are looking for a Dutch speaking Service Desk Technician to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon, to provide world-class end-user support.
Your responsibilities include:

Providing world class technical and functional support to End Users from our Customers via email, phone, self-service portal, etc;
Diagnosis and problem solving;
Act as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) forwarding tickets to 2nd lines and partners/suppliers.

You must have:

Minimum 12th grade level;
Fluency in Dutch (required);
Fluency in English (required);
Experience in user support (Service Desk, Helpdesk);
Experience in Microsoft Office O365 tenant's management (We value certifications);
Experience in Microsoft Intune management (We value certifications);
Experience of Windows Operating Systems and MacOS;
Experience managing Active Directory, Exchange and File Share;
Knowledge of networking troubleshooting;
Knowledge of Hardware and Peripherals.
