O/A Source Leader (Materiais Indiretos & Serviços) tem como principal missão garantir o processo de compra através do cumprimento das regras globais e locais, salvaguardando as necessidades das unidades produtivas e de melhoria contínua ao processo.
Nesta função tu vais:
Garantir a disponibilidade de bens e serviços de acordo com as necessidades dos clientes internos das diferentes áreas;
Fazer prospeção de mercado, identificando soluções e parceiros alternativos com vista a obter o melhor bem e serviço ao menor custo;
Preparar os Processos de tendering ( Request for Quotation - RFQ's) em parceria com os clientes internos;
Coordenar os processos de tendering , garantindo as diferentes fases do processo e a necessária negociação entre as partes;
Gerir a relação com os fornecedores, desde a identificação do parceiro até à negociação de condições;
Assegurar a correta execução do processo de compra (Gestão de Contratos, Price List, Agreements ) de acordo com os requisitos IKEA;
Analisar o volume de compras, de forma a estabelecer áreas de foco;
Promover a melhoria contínua dos processos atuais, o desenvolvimento das ferramentas e participar em novos projetos ligados à área onde se insere.
O teu perfil:
Formação superior na área de gestão ou conhecimento similar relevante para esta função;
Conhecimentos na área das compras ou planeamento de materiais;
Forte consciência de custos e gosto pela procura de soluções;
Capacidade e gosto por análise de dados;
Competência na definição de objetivos, planeamento e gestão de tempo;
Domínio da língua inglesa;
Comunicação interpessoal, capacidade e gosto em negociar com / clarificar os diferentes interlocutores;
Forte sentido ético, no que toca à integridade e fiabilidade da informação recebida e trabalhada, contribuindo para a prevenção do risco de fraude e manipulação de dados;
Capacidade de trabalhar em contexto dinâmico e veloz;
Valorização da entreajuda e vontade de partilhar conhecimento dentro da equipa e com os restantes interlocutores;
Valorização de um ambiente diverso, inclusivo, onde todos são importantes e contribuem para o resultado final.
