Come, join us on this journey British American Tobacco Iberia has an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner in Lisbon. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in Portugal acts as a strategic partner to the business, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. The HRBP will provide comprehensive HR support, including talent management, employee relations, and performance management. The role collaborates closely with the managers and employees to ensure the right deployment of the HR policies, activities, and actions in Portugal.
Your key responsibilities will include: Developing individuals and teams through facilitation of various leadership workshops and cultural programmes.Coaching and educating Line managers and employees while providing the right level of HR guidance and expertise.Providing support for line managers with external recruitment, together with our recruitment partners.Supporting management in identifying productivity and efficiency opportunities.Developing strategies to ensure no disruption to business or loss of key talent.Managing, assessing, and improving HR Administration processes, in close cooperation with the Regional HR Shared Services team. Initiating HR policy review and policy changes in line with business agenda & labour law developments.Complying and implementing activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS standards and procedures BAT group.What are we looking for? University Degree or similar in Business administration/HR Management or equivalent.3 to 5 years relevant experience in HR, ideally in a similar role.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Entrepreneurial person with a practical mindset, able to focus on priorities in a dynamic environment and with a positive attitude.Able to cope effectively under pressure.Ability to establish trustful internal and external relationships.Proactive and enthusiastic.Proficiency in spoken and written English and Portuguese; Spanish is nice to have.Some knowledge of payroll system and/or SAP Success factors would be beneficial.What we offer you?
