**HR Business Partner**

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Maintaining a supportive, engaging and rewarding onboarding experience for new joiners
- Taking care of the employee experience throughout the entire employee journey
- Working closely with business partners and line managers in the definition of recruitment strategies, including how to attract, develop and retain talent
- Documenting and maintaining accurate job description for every job family within the company, including support to leadership in the definition of KPIs
- Assisting line managers in the planning and reviewing of people processes, such as the annual compensation review process and performance development cycle
- Helping leaders determine the best path forward for their teams and how to adapt to challenging and ever-changing business contexts
- Managing end-to-end organization of learning and development activities, and respective follow-up
- Owning the different People initiatives during the year, targeting teammates motivation and satisfaction level among other indicators
- Contributing to the development and implementation of world-class HR policies and procedures
- Participating in transversal and international HR corporate projects.

**What You'll Need**
- Good knowledge of HR Development and Career Management best practices
- Substantial experience in similar position in multinational organization (minimum of 2 years)
- People centric approach
- Data driven.
- Excellent all-round communication skills
- Good time manager and able to multi-task
- Excellent delivery focus and commitment
- Team player, able to learn/adapt quickly and take responsibility.
- Fluent English (verbal and written)

- Curious on how AI can contribute to automate HR related tasks
- Experience with technology and consulting mindset is a real plus
