Estamos à procura de um E-commerce Leader apaixonado, experiente e motivado para impulsionar o crescimento da nossa operação de e-commerce.
Missão: Gerir o e-commerce definindo a estratégia para um correto funcionamento da operação e para a melhoria da performance digital, maximizando a rentabilidade da área e garantindo a satisfação do cliente.
O que será o teu dia-a-dia de trabalho…
Definir estratégia anual assim como o orçamento de e-commerce de acordo com as orientações e objetivos estratégicos da hôma;
Assegurar a gestão do processo logístico de e-commerce até à entrega ao cliente e garantir a sua contínua otimização;
Garantir a melhoria contínua do site de forma a melhorar a experiência do cliente e a potenciar as vendas;
Analisar vendas, inventários e analisar stocks, acompanhar e monitorizar os KPIs e sugerir ações necessárias à sua maximização;
Sugerir produtos ou gamas para o canal de e-commerce em coordenação com a área comercial;
Negociar, construir e desenvolver boas relações de parceria com stakeholders internos e externos.
O que vamos valorizar no teu perfil…
Formação superior em Gestão, Marketing ou similar;
Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em funções similares;
Experiência em ferramentas de marketing digital (SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads);
Capacidade de análise e interpretação de dados;
Foco na experiência do cliente;
Boa capacidade de comunicação e influência;
Bons conhecimentos de inglês.
