We are looking for an E-commerce Content Specialist for a full-time position to join our team in Porto.

**What you will do**:
The Content Specialist is responsible for creating, curating, and optimizing high-quality content to support the brand marketing and communication goals. They collaborate with stakeholders, monitor content performance, and continuously strive to enhance the organization's online presence and audience engagement through compelling and relevant content.
- Enhance brand presence by creating and maintaining high-quality product listings on the marketplaces platforms
- Format and structure product content to ensure it meets the marketplace's guidelines and enhances the user experience
- Write clear, compelling, and accurate product titles, descriptions, and bullet points, using relevant keywords to improve search visibility and click-through rates
- Regularly update product information, pricing, and availability to reflect accurate and up-to-date details
- Manage product images and ensure they meet marketplace standards in terms of size, quality, and content guidelines
- Create and manage the company eshop in each marketplace to optimize customer engagement and maximize conversion
- Identify trends and opportunities to optimize listings and improve overall sales performance by analysing competitors and platforms
- Communicate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and operations, to align content strategies with overall business goals
- Monitor and analyse sales and performance kpis
**What you will bring**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in E-Commerce
- Completed a relevant degree in eCommerce, Digital media, Computer Science/Engineering or Economics
- A deep passion for E-Commerce and a thorough understanding of eCommerce websites and business models
- Experience in working with fashion marketplaces and integrators is a plus, namely Zalando and Tradebyte platforms
- Ability to prioritize topics independently
- Ability to work in the English language with strong written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in other (European) languages besides English, such as French, Spanish or German
- Experience within the retail and fashion industry
- Experience within international environments, consultancies, or a start-up environment
