.Mode of Employment: Permanent / Full-Time The Challenge A dedicated Lead for Payroll Strategy Deployment is crucial for the successful global realization of the new 2024-2030 Payroll Strategy. A senior profile is required to lead the combined complexity of concurrent projects, Siemens Energy HR Operating Model, and the need for effective scope and resource management, risk mitigation, communication and team member management, quality assurance, and organisational change. By providing centralized leadership reporting to the Global Head of Payroll, your expertise is key in ensuring that the pivotal initiatives are driven efficiently, coordinated on multiple levels and ultimately resulting in an improved and efficient payroll set up. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a business at the forefront of the Energy Transition. Your responsibilities Reporting to the Global Head of Payroll you will be leading the global payroll program from design to benefit harvest. The country scope will exceed 65+ countries. Lead and give sparring to a highly specialized cross-functional team Proactively lead key team members across the company ensuring timely and regular engagement Coordinate initiatives with the NEO+ HR Transformation Monitor project activities, track achievements, and distribute information including important metrics to partners Lead project meetings, record actions & decisions, raise roadblocks, dependencies, risks, and opportunities; identify, gather, and document requirements Analyse, evaluate, and run project risks, being proactive in achieving mitigation strategies and actions; support scenario analysis and challenge solutions to validate project deliverables meet the requirements Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and partner with multiple project teams to ensure project goals are reached; find opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies Provide coaching/guidance to team members; collaborate and connectwith varying levels of partners across all functions Oversee a change management plan in partnership with leadership and the project team Bring a strong Project Management methodology and adhere to project compliance standards (e.G. confidentiality, privacy). Let's talk about you Your profile Highly qualified in Payroll Operations and Payroll Implementation Projects Multi-country project or payroll operations management Proven ability to build and maintain program and project tools for analysis, tracking, reporting, and communication across project managers, business partners, and executive sponsors Good understanding of Payroll systems and dependencies within the HR systems & processes space, including managing operations You have made your failures in the past and learnt from them Strong Leadership and solution orientation Collaborative style, happy to interact with many stakeholders e.G
