Your Role Semasio is a Unified Targeting provider that enables digital marketers to reach their target audience by seamlessly combining Audience and Contextual targeting. Our clients are leading global media agencies, brands and publishers, and we operate globally within the NAM, EMEA and APAC regions.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Technical Account Manager to join our team. The Lead Technical Account Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of our ad tech solutions for clients across the EMEA, APAC, and NAM regions, while leading a team of Account Managers. This position requires a strong understanding of advertising technology, exceptional client-facing skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Day to Day Serve as the primary point of contact for technical communication with partners, clients and the internal development teams, ensuring clear and consistent alignment on project goals and requirements Oversee and coordinate various partner projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications Manage and coordinate efforts across EMEA, US, Latam & APAC (Global) markets, including DSPs, SSPs, Data Partners and pricing strategies, to ensure alignment and efficiency in operations Foster strong relationships with partners, collaborating on joint initiatives and projects to drive mutual success and innovation Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to partners, clients and internal teams, addressing issues promptly and effectively through a ticketing system Work closely with Commercial Leadership, Customer Success Managers, Engineering and other key stakeholders at Semasio to ensure efficient interdisciplinary communication Maintain and improve the user interface of the SaaS platform for client interactions, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, communications, and project progress, providing regular reports to stakeholders Support client-facing teams in the setup and optimization of targeting solutions for programmatic campaign requests Manage, guide and mentor a team of Technical Account Managers Coordinate, distribute and promote the global off-the-shelf targeting offerings across multiple partner marketplaces Preferred Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field 5+ years of Technical Account or Business Development experience preferably in consulting and managing around complex software solutions Strong technical background with expertise in ad serving platforms, programmatic advertising, data management platforms (DMPs), and related technologies Experience or interest in the online marketing industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively Previous team management experience, with hands on mentality and drive to learn and understand new topics Sales and relationship building skills Speaks and writes German and English fluently Perks & Benefits Competitive salary Health Insurance Flexible working hours Remote work options Half-day fridays, to start your weekend early25 days paid time off + extra days off A fun, global team and a flat structure Team activities and volunteering days A spacious office, right in the center of Porto (close to Casa da Música) And all the other usual things – free snacks & drinks, team activities, office events, etc.
