Our clients are leading global media agencies, brands and publishers, and we operate globally within the NAM, EMEA and APAC regions.As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) - Operational, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting our ad tech solutions for clients across the EMEA, APAC, and NAM regions. Your responsibilities will span from creating accurate and scalable taxonomies to collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.Day to DayAssist client-facing teams: Support client-facing teams by optimizing targeting solutions and addressing client needs effectivelyTaxonomy Development and Optimization: Enhance and analyze the effectiveness of our top-performing Always-On Taxonomies to maximize efficiency and ensure the quality and reach of targets to meet client expectationsTechnical Assurance and Support: Ensure data availability and stability, addressing any technical issues that arise promptly and provide effective technical support through a ticketing system, resolving issues efficientlyGlobal Optimization: Improve the availability and cleanliness of our offerings on a global scale and ensure our data stands out and is easily discoverable, highlighting its unique valueUser Interface Maintenance: Enhance the user experience on our SaaS platform, ensuring it meets client needs and industry standardsCreate Accurate and Scalable Taxonomies : Develop accurate and scalable taxonomies for all clients and partnersOptimize Performance: Enhance the effectiveness of our top-performing Always-On Taxonomies across different marketsExecute various partner projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specificationsProvide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to partners, clients and internal teams, addressing issues promptly and effectively through a ticketing systemPreferred ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related fieldTechnical Account or Business Development experienceTechnical background with expertise in ad serving platforms, programmatic advertising, and data management platformsExperience or interest in online marketingExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsFluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spokenPerks & BenefitsCompetitive salaryHealth InsuranceFlexible working hoursRemote work optionsHalf-day fridays, to start your weekend early25 days paid time off + extra days offA fun, global team and a flat structureTeam activities and volunteering daysA spacious office, right in the center of Porto (close to Casa da Música)And all the other usual things – free snacks & drinks, team activities, office events, etc.#J-18808-Ljbffr
