P2P Business Process Owner

Our cliente, a global leading Shared Service Centre located in Porto, is looking for a P2P Business Process Owner to join their team regarding the transformation and improvement projects in the Accounts Payable area.
Reporting directly to the P2P Business Process Owner Global Lead, the P2P Business Process Owner will operate within the European region of the SSC and their main functions include:
Spearhead the introduction and optimization of SAP VIM within our ERP transformation initiative, focusing on streamlining invoice processing workflows.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to conceptualize, tailor, and implement SAP VIM solutions that align with our organizational objectives.Ensure seamless alignment and integration of SAP VIM with existing SAP ECC6 & S/4HANA systems, fostering a cohesive and efficient Invoice to Pay ecosystem.Develop and curate comprehensive documentation encompassing processes, configurations, and training materials for SAP VIM, ensuring clarity and accessibility.Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for end-users, empowering them with the requisite competencies to adeptly navigate and leverage the new systems.Proactively monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed solutions, promptly identifying and remedying any operational bottlenecks or challenges to ensure sustained efficacy.Remain abreast of emerging trends and advancements in SAP VIM and related domains, advocating for continuous process enhancements and system refinements.Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for the finance team, offering expert guidance and support in troubleshooting and addressing invoice processing complexities.Holds a Master's degree or equivalent qualification.Possesses a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within multinational business environments across various regions.Demonstrates a solid background in Global Business Services/Shared Services settings.Exhibits robust project management skills, adept at delivering projects within stipulated timelines and budgets, while efficiently tracking progress and mitigating potential risks. Possession of PMI certification is advantageous.Proficient in SAP and Open Text VIM platforms.Has a proven track record in change management, driving organizational change across business and operational units.Displays exceptional communication and training proficiencies, capable of engaging stakeholders at all hierarchical levels. Embraces a positive mindset, structured approach to problem-solving, and a solutions-focused outlook.Brings experience in process design, mapping, enhancement, quality assurance, review, and compliance.Fluent in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.Demonstrates a high level of customer orientation.Possesses meticulous attention to detail coupled with a commitment to delivering work of exceptional accuracy and quality.Skilled in applying continuous process improvement methodologies and tools.Exhibits outstanding problem-solving abilities and thrives in collaborative, global team environments.Willing and able to travel occasionally for short durations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
