Plus, we offer purpose-built marketing tools to help merchants convert more shoppers into customers, driving GMV. About the Role As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll be orchestrating the go-to-market for the Support Suite, by gathering and analyzing marketing intelligence, project managing the product launches and different go-to-market initiatives. The role is highly cross-functional and you will work with the marketing, sales, product and success teams. What You'll Do You'll be leading highly strategic projects and ensure it achieves significant impact for the company. You'll be doing research for pricing, competitive intelligence, ICP & persona development, messaging & positioning, content creation in collaboration with the wider marketing team. Be the in-house expert and create an always-on feedback loop on your product between sales, product, and marketing, to ensure we react quickly to "on the ground" developments. You will be responsible for the success of the product by holding GTM teams accountable for the GTM strategy, execution, and performance of your product in collaboration with sales, success & product through a project management framework such as RACI, etc. Who You Are 3+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, general management, product, or product marketing. You are a self-starter with a bias towards action who is able to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to translate customer and market insights into crisp GTM fundamentals, including segmentation, buyer personas, messaging, competitive positioning, pricing recommendations, and more. Superb cross-functional collaboration and project management skills. From Day 1, you'll need to align stakeholders across multiple teams—many of which may have competing priorities. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. While we won't expect you to fine-tune marketing copy, you need to be able to clearly tell a story without resorting to corporate jargon. A creative spark. While analytical chops are critical to your success, we also pride ourselves on being able to think outside the box
