Procurement internationalization is now a key pillar of the development strategy with newly established teams in our corporate countries.That's where the Procurement Excellence team steps in, helping to digitalize source-to-pay processes as part of our Procurement 4.0 strategy.To drive cost efficiency and enhance budget monitoring, we are looking for an Executive Agent for Procurement Administration (m/f/d). You'll take ownership of key administrative and budget tasks, working independently within the Procurement Excellence team in Lisbon and reporting to the Procurement Excellence Executive Manager.DO WHAT YOU LOVE:Support the yearly budget planning process for corporate countries from the procurement sidePrepare run-rate costs, align specific central and decentral overhead costs with group controlling and commodity budget leadsReview and be part of the approval chain for unplanned budget requests occurring throughout the year and shifting budget needs between projectsStructure data from procurement tools (e.G., Coupa, Excel)Learn how to use Business Intelligence tools such as Amazon QuickSight and Coupa AnalyticsProvide meaningful data insights to relevant stakeholdersSupport other procurement teams in their administrative needs (such as data quality initiatives aimed at keeping master data up-to-date)COME AS YOU ARE:You have completed higher education with above-average successYou have at least 1 to 2 years of work experienceYou are enthusiastic about data, have good analytical skillsYou possess intermediate Excel skillsYou can work independently and have good communication skills to align with stakeholdersYou have strong written and spoken EnglishTHE DEPARTMENT:Corporate Procurement is SIXT's Indirect Expenditure function; we buy everything that isn't a car This division includes the following teams: Category Management, Operational Procurement, Procurement Excellence and Procurement Solutions. These teams ensure the reliable coverage and fulfillment of all requirements of the SIXT Group - whether it is vehicle-related services, professional services, IT hardware and software, construction or marketing services.We focus not only on the strategic orientation of the company, but also on ensuring a competitive cost structure and that complex quality requirements are met.
