Are you ready to join us on this exciting journey?  The role: The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user and customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on experience with various marketing channels and techniques.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth in a fast-paced environment.  Key Responsibilities:   Growth Strategy Development:  Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.  Identify and prioritize growth opportunities, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.  Performance Marketing:  Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and others.  Continuously analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize ROI, and scale successful initiatives.  Allocate and manage the performance marketing budget effectively to maximize impact.  Content Management:  Create, update, and maintain high-quality content on the landing pages of our WordPress VIP platform.  Collaborate with the content team to ensure the website content is engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with our brand messaging.  Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.  CRM and Marketing Automation:  Manage and optimize marketing automation processes using Pardot and Salesforce.  Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to create personalized customer journeys and improve engagement.  Ensure seamless integration between CRM and marketing automation platforms for efficient lead management.  Data Reporting and KPI Dashboards:  Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards to report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign performance metrics.  Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaigns and identify growth opportunities.  Analyze data to derive insights and provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.  Present regular performance reports to the marketing team and senior management.  Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.  + 5 years of proven experience in a growth marketing or similar role, with a strong track record of driving user acquisition and retention.  Proficiency in performance marketing platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude or similar).  Experience with SEO, content marketing, and CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot).  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.  Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.  Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.  Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.  English Native speaker (or similar fluency) will be considered a plus  Benefits The benefits depend on the location of the candidate.
