**How We Do It**

Just 1 in 10 US adults eats the recommended minimum of 5 cups of fruits and vegetables every day. We're helping solve that problem with convenient, organic, and mouth-watering products.

We transform fresh, organic fruits and veggies into handy single-serving instant smoothies. Each one contains about 80 calories and gives the same nutritional benefits as 2.5 cups of fresh produce.

We are a fast-growing B-Corp startup that strongly believes every single kencko-er we hire is a key part of our shared success.

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager keen to change the future of food who's comfortable and excited about identifying and focusing on what will deliver the greatest value.

This will include managing paid acquisition channels - the typical ones, Meta & Google - and finding the right members at the right CAC. We’re an international-focused company, with most of our members originating from the US as well as European geographies.

But your work will not stop there; this role is for you to shape. We need someone to help us grow our online business in inventive and financially sustainable ways. You'll have the opportunity to shape the online experience, assist with online retail initiatives, shape our organic traffic strategy, find ways to create profitable behaviors from our existing base, improve CVR, and much more.

Importantly, your work should be based on customer insight, understanding the problem we solve and who we solve it for.

**What you'll do**:

- Own the performance of our acquisition channels, including Meta, TikTok, Google Search and Youtube, taking into account CAC limitations
- Manage and sensibly allocate a substantial paid acquisition budget
- Manage growth marketing tests, including AB tests and creative tests. Bonus points for leading more profound digital experience changes
- Unblock new channels while optimizing and maximizing our existing channels to improve CLTV:CAC ratio as we scale
- Work alongside our Creative team to develop and test new concepts that will make our marketing more engaging and efficient
- Help manage our online retail shopping presence (Walmart at the moment, more in the future) with a view to own this channel
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly channel KPI targets with the wider Growth and Leadership teams, turning marketing data into meaningful insights

**Experience You Bring**:

- 5+ years of experience directly overseeing performance channels, particularly channels in the Meta + Google environment
- Experience developing and testing landing pages in partnership with the Creative and Digital Product teams to improve customer experience and conversion rate
- Excel + spreadsheets mastery
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Doer. You are happy to get stuck in and do what it takes to hit the goals.
- Proactive. You are enjoying finding opportunities and driving them forward.
- Excellent communications skills. You're comfortable clearly communicating with all levels of the organization

**Nice-To-Haves**:

- Experience in an e-comm or DTC subscription service. Bonus points if that was with a food and nutrition subscription service
- Experience with the US market
- Knowledge of SEO
- Experience with online retailers such as Amazon
- Experience buying across traditional media (TV, radio, print, direct mail)
