We are looking for an Amazing: It Helpedesk
Seniority: Junior (1 year)
Type of position: Must be in Oporto. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal
The amazing you, will have: Proven experience in an IT help desk on level 1 and 2 or similar support role Strong proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), office software, and common hardware components Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools, help desk ticketing systems, and support documentation Customer-focused approach with patience and empathy, able to work with users of various technical skill levels Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
