Job Description We are seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Technology to establish and lead a team of 5-6 Product Managers. This pivotal role involves the strategic oversight and administration of our global suite of marketing applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful track record in managing marketing technology stacks and possess the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership to devise and implement a comprehensive Global Marketing Technology Strategy & Roadmap.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a Global Marketing Technology Strategy & Roadmap in collaboration with senior leadershipManage product usage, budgets, and renewals to ensure cost-effective marketing technology resource deploymentAdminister access levels, user groups, and permissions within the marketing technology stackStrategize, roadmap, and administer a suite of:Creative and Production Tools, including DAM, video asset management, web development/hosting, video production, workflow management, transcription, and accessibilityMarketing Analytics ToolsEvents ToolsDirect mail, e-gifting, social media, ABM, and partner marketing, and othersOversee new technology requests, manage renewals, and lead the optimization of the technology stackAlign marketing technology with cross-stack and cross-functional initiatives to support organizational objectivesRepresent the Marketing department on the Enterprise Architecture Review Board and Ai Venture BoardCollaborate with Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, IT, and ED&A teams, ensuring alignment and satisfaction among end-users within the Marketing departmentQualifications:8-10 years of experience in support and administering Marketing TechnologyAt least 5 years of leadership experience in a technical roleIn-depth knowledge of marketing technology applications and industry trendsProven project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilitiesDemonstrated expertise in developing strategic plans and translating them into practical roadmapsExperience in budget management and optimization of technology resourcesProficiency in managing complex marketing technology stacksAbility to thrive in a global, multicultural work environmentWhat We Offer:A dynamic and challenging role within a global corporationThe chance to lead a passionate team of product managersA collaborative workplace that prioritizes innovation and growthA competitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and career progressionZendesk software was built to bring a sense of calm to the chaotic world of customer service.
