Descrição de funções Procuramos um perfil B2B Sales Consultant, para integrar a equipa de New Sales PT – mercado Português, integrada na equipa de Business Network, que seja responsável por construir e aumentar parcerias estratégicas a clientes empresarias de diversas categorias e setores. O candidato integrará uma equipa vencedora, altamente motivada e com um forte espírito de entreajuda, como tal procuramos profissionais semelhantes.
Responsabilidades Principais Prospeção, geração e qualificação de leads: Contactar as leads geradas por campanhas de marketing; abordar e identificar potenciais clientes através de "cold calling" e pesquisa de mercado com o intuito de construir um pipeline robusto de potenciais clientes.Análise de Necessidades: Pensamento crítico para conseguir questionar e compreender os desafios e necessidades do cliente, desenvolvendo uma compreensão profunda do seu mercado, de forma a proporcionar soluções personalizadas para o crescimento de negócios dentro do mercado B2B.Reunir com Potenciais clientes: Realizar reuniões de demonstração de valor com os potenciais clientes para que consigamos apresentar uma solução às suas necessidades.Venda Consultiva: Adotar uma estratégia de venda consultiva para posicionar serviços como soluções personalizadas, educando os clientes sobre a proposta de valor e os benefícios de nossos serviços.Desenvolvimento de Propostas: Elaborar e apresentar propostas alinhadas às necessidades e objetivos do cliente.Negociação e Fecho: Gerir objeções de forma proativa durante as negociações, negociar eficazmente termos e preços para alcançar acordos mutuamente benéficos, fechar negócios, atingir metas de vendas.Experiência e conhecimento prévia em vendas por chamada e em CRM (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Dynamics 365…) (obrigatório);de Português fluente (obrigatório);comprovada em vendas B2B, preferencialmente em um ambiente relacionado ao setor.habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade de articular claramente propostas de valor para clientes corporativos.para trabalhar em equipapara o cliente e para objectivosO que oferecemos? base competitivomensais mediante perfomance.
