Joom is an international group of eCommerce and fintech companies founded in 2016 in Latvia.
Joom currently includes the following businesses: Joom Marketplace, a platform for shopping from all over the world; Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany; JoomPro, a platform for cross-border wholesale trade. Joom's offices are located in Latvia, China, the USA, Germany, Luxembourg, and Portugal.
We are currently looking for an office coordinator who will take care of the happiness of employees in our office in Lisbon. It is important for us that our cozy office is the most comfortable place to work, and that all administrative processes are streamlined.
We are looking for a caring and attentive person who truly enjoys helping people and optimizing everything around them.
Responsibilities Engage in the life support of an officeSolve administrative issues (sending correspondence, cleaning control, purchasing food, office supplies etc.)Help Joom employees with their issuesParticipate in the organization of happy hoursRequirements At least 1 year of experience as an office coordinator/receptionist or other administrative positionsEnglish language proficiency at level B2 or higherPortuguese language proficiency at level B1 or higherExperience in purchasing office suppliesWillingness to come to the office at 9-10 am 5 days a weekWe are offering 22 days of paid annual leaveExtended health insurance for the employees and their families, including dental care coverage100% paid sick leavesPersonal development: professional events, workshops, English classes, corporate libraryDaily meal allowanceAnnual team retreatsBefore applying for the above position please review our Candidate Privacy Notice here.
