What you'll do:You will work closely with one of our People & Organization sub-teams (Recruiting or People Operations ) across the globe and ensure a good people experience for all Emmies.You will learn to use our resources in a dynamic way to increase speed and quality of our Recruiting Process.You will be the point of contact for several candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring they have the best candidate experience.You will learn to use our resources in a dynamic way to increase speed and quality of our Recruiting Process.You will cooperate within a multicultural team improving the recruitment process, candidate experience and time to offer .You will work on contract management and relocation processes, onboarding and off-boarding as well as handling employee requests.You will support People Operations Specialists on the monthly payroll preparation and processing for Portugal and Mexico What you'll bring to us:You have excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skillsYou are knowledgeable in MS Office, mainly ExcelYou have a strong sense of ownership and initiativeYou have a critical thinking and a continuous improvement approach to day-to-day tasks You can create structure, have a strong hands-on execution, problem-solving skills, and result-orientationYou are currently completing or just finished a degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Psychology or its equivalentYou have less than 1.5 years of working experienceYou are fluent in English, other European languages are a plus.
