Executes sales processes, as defined, to ensure that occupancy and revenue goals are achieved while maintaining brand integrity. Involves overseeing the sales efforts and management of group reservations and corporate events. Requirements Previous experience in Sales and/or Reservations requiredPrevious experience in Hospitality requiredDetailed-orientedProficient in communication; both verbal and writtenSelf-starter who can work independentlyExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsCustomer-centric dispositionGreat social skills and a good sense and sound judgment in practical mattersMust align with the company's missions and valuesPunctual and reliableProfessional demeanorTeam playerBachelor's degreeMust be fluent in English and PortugueseKey Responsibilities;
Has an excellent understanding of company products, services, and values;Responds to qualified inbound leads by creating and sending quotes while upselling premium service offerings and overseeing the sales process from start to end;Negotiates contractual terms to achieve acquisition goals without sacrificing quality or revenue; Develops and sustains account relationships; Manages the Sales CRM including reporting, data entry, and analysis;Responds to customers' requests, questions, and concerns; Communicates pertinent product and service information to customers before and after the sale;Creates and organizes logistics documents, and communicates pertinent customer and contractual information to the relevant departments responsible for the execution of the services;Identifies and contacts new leads that fit the company personas.Start Date: May-June 2024
Location: Porto Area (Hybrid)
Time Commitment: 40 Hours per Week
Type of Contract: 6 months with renewal upon evaluation
Compensation: Will be determined based on experience
