We are looking for an Outlet Manager / Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our pre-opening team at Andaz Lisbon. Expected to open in Q2 2025, Andaz Lisbon will offer guests an exciting new luxury lifestyle hotel in the Portuguese capital. It will represent a key milestone in Hyatt's continued brand growth in Southern Europe. Located in the center of Lisbon's bustling Baixa district, the hotel will comprise five separate buildings, including the former offices of Banco Português de Investimento (BPI). This unique Urban Resort will allow guests to fully embrace the locale and experience authentic Lisbon.
About the roleThe Outlet Manager/Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations within our Lounge, Restaurant, and In-Room Dining. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth service, enhancing guest satisfaction, and managing the overall performance of the outlets to provide a memorable dining experience.QualificationsStrong restaurant background in luxury.Multiple outlets management experience is preferred.Experience managing several meal periods from breakfast to dinner.Experience in developing concepts with a strong focus on quality.Quality and trainer mindset.Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and menu development.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.Strong problem-solving skills with a guest-centric approach.Portuguese language is essential.If this sounds interesting, go ahead and apply We look forward to hearing from you
