Are you fluent in German and English?Are you available for rotative shifts and days off?Would you like to work for a company involved in sports betting and gaming entertainment?Our client wants to revolutionise the gaming space and is looking for a team leader for the german market.Intrigued?responsabilidades chavepeople and team management with active support for the operations management;look for opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in order to deliver exceptional customer experience;recruitment, training, coaching, performance management and talent development;proposing improvement initiatives;focus on high customer satisfaction, service availability and quality through training and continuous improvement of processes and efficiencies;monitor KPI's to review department's results to allow regular efficiency optimization;competênciasFluent in german (C1 level);Fluent in english (B2 level);Appropriate leadership and management skills;Excellent written and verbal skills as well as high interpersonal skill level;Calm manner and able to work under pressure;Ability to perform well in a multi-task/cultural environment;A flexible, creative and driven personality;Good computer skills;Interest in Sports, Casino and Poker products would be a benefit;principais benefíciosWhat we have to offer you:- Permanent working contract;- Attractive annual Gross Salary;- Meal allowance per working day paid in card;- Health Insurance;- Hybrid working model (2 days in the office + 3 days at home)- Monday to Sunday, between 07:30 am and 10 pm;- Other Benefits;Apply now
