**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management and Leadership**:_
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of customer support representatives.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team huddles to ensure alignment and address concerns.
- Oversee team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:_
- Ensure that the team meets or exceeds set customer service standards.
- Handle escalated customer issues or complaints, ensuring resolutions that satisfy the customer and align with company policies.
- **Operational Efficiency**:_
- Monitor and analyze team metrics, ensuring that KPIs are met consistently.
- Implement operational improvements based on data and team feedback.
- **Training and Development**:_
- Ensure that all team members are well-trained on products, systems, and customer service protocols.
- Identify training needs and coordinate with HR or training departments to address gaps.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role, preferably in customer support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and implement operational improvements.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and software.
- Ability to handle stress and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
