O nosso cliente, grande empresa de contact center, procura um Team Leader fluente em Alemão para desempenhar as **seguintes funções**:

- Aplicar um processo de revisão contínua e gestão proativa de absenteísmo e desgaste para todos os consultores da equipa, garantindo que as entrevistas de retorno ao trabalho e de saída sejam concluídas.
- Rever e monitorizar continuamente o desempenho do trabalho de todos os Consultores em relação aos KPIs acordados, instigando ações corretivas apropriadas, usando ferramentas de gestão de desempenho, para gerir qualquer deficiência.
- Realizar avaliações formais de desempenho trimestrais e reuniões mensais individuais com cada consultor, garantindo que os objetivos sejam revisados continuamente e vinculados aos KPIs de negócios.
- Garantir que os Consultores sejam reconhecidos e recompensados por realizações/desempenho excepcionais, alinhados com a missão e os valores da empresa.
- Fornecer orientação e orientação claras para garantir o alcance consistente das principais métricas de desempenho.
- Facilitar uma cultura de comunicação bidirecional aberta e honesta, garantindo que as mensagens principais sejam transmitidas a todos os membros da equipa, incentivando o feedback e a partilha de ideias e melhores práticas.
- Manter um ambiente que apoie o espírito de trabalho em equipa.
- Treinar, desenvolver e motivar os Consultores, proporcionando-lhes as habilidades e o conhecimento para desempenharem seu trabalho, juntamente com oportunidades de expansão de habilidades e desenvolvimento de carreira.
- Garantir que ações apropriadas sejam tomadas para melhorar as pontuações da pesquisa de satisfação do cliente.

**Perfil**:

- Experiência com moderação de conteúdo para comércio eletrónico.
- Alto nível de alemão - obrigatório
- Nível avançado de inglês - obrigatório
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar integralmente a partir de Sete Rios - obrigatório
- Disponibilidade para horários entre 08:00 h e 20:00 h - obrigatório
- Experiência como líder de equipa ou similar.
