Job Description

The Sales team is looking for a Travel Sales Manager to focus on the strategic management of corporate and leisure travel agency partners. They will closely monitor the set quarterly targets and will work with the team on achieving them. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:
Charismatic and empathic personalityStrong relationship-building skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong analytical skillsFlexibility and willingness to travelKey Responsibilities: Serve as the first contact for our corporate and leisure travel agenciesNegotiate agreements with existing and new local partnersOversee the strategic planning of sales activities and have regular review meetings to monitor revenue development & growthCooperate with corporate sales in the lead generation processHelp oversee customer-specific solution implementations for our corporate clients and travel agency partnersCarry out trainings, sales calls, workshops, and other marketing activities alongside our partnersRepresent Rixos at industry events Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fieldsMinimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales/account management within the travel industry or relatedProven success in portfolio growth and successful negotiationFunctional knowledge of tracking, managing, and presenting KPIs
